About Hawah Beach
Hawah Beach, also called Eve's Beach, is the middle of Kovalam's three beaches, next to Lighthouse Beach. It is a working shore as well as a tourist beach: early in the morning, fishermen push their boats out through the surf and later haul in nets by hand, while cafés and coconut palms line the back of the sand.
By mid-morning the beach turns into a place for sunbathing, swimming in the flagged zones and walking along the water to Lighthouse Beach. It is a little calmer than its neighbour, but still busy in the peak season, especially in the evenings.
