Nothing dated is confirmed for Bundi right now, so here is the year instead — the fixtures that come round annually, and what each one means for a visit.
The year in Bundi
Bundi's calendar runs through most of the year, with the busiest weeks in the clear, comfortable months and a quieter stretch in the heaviest rain. Broadly, Oct – Mar is when visiting is most comfortable here, and that is when the calendar is busiest — which also means accommodation is most expensive and books furthest ahead.
Most of these follow lunar calendars and move by weeks from year to year, so treat the windows below as the season rather than the date, and confirm the year’s dates before you book around one.

Bundi's biggest event is Bundi Utsav, a festival of about three days held in the Hindu month of Kartik, usually in November. It brings a procession through the town, folk music and dance, crafts, turban-tying and other competitions, and fireworks. After the full moon of Kartik Purnima, people light lamps on the banks of the Chambal river.
Bundi also has its own way of celebrating Teej. Kajli Teej is held later than in the rest of Rajasthan, usually in August or September, with a procession of the goddess Teej that starts from Nawal Sagar and moves through the town's markets. Diwali and Holi are celebrated across the old town too. Festival dates follow the Hindu calendar and change every year, so check them before you plan your trip.
